Cover lactation basics, common mistakes to avoids, ins and outs of getting a great latch, what to look for when you may need more help, how to help your milk supply, pumping and flange sizing, and more!
(Taught by our in-house IBCLC)

GLDS teaches a custom curriculum by Incorporating up to date EvidencE, Spinning babies techniques, and Gentle childbirth studies to bring you an easy to understand and fun/laidback class.
