Doula Business Mentoring

Building a birth business is something you want, but feels overwhelming? turn your passion into your life’s work.

I offer in-person and video-based mentoring, talking you through:

paperwork/banking/finances/insurance
how to get clients/marketing
business buildout/systems/offering creation
tips for setting up your website/agreements
elements of doula techniques
tips specific to photographing births
heart-led serving to sell sales training
roleplaying and outlining prenatals and postpartum visits
advocacy and navigating hospital staff relationships
fundraising/non-profit set up
pick-my-brain sessions with 7 years in the birth industry, experience on multiple nonprofit boards and patient advisory councils, corporate america experience with streamlining business functions/sales, business management graduate with a focus in development/nonprofit cum laude graduate

I typically recommend at least 1 hour in person before you move to phone- if you choose to do so.

In-person Mentoring (in our office on the north shore) $130/hr
Video/phone-based Mentoring $80/hr
Text support to help you support your first few clients from prenatals- during birth advice and tips, and postpartum $300/client
Doula Business in a box (inquire for pricing) a custom package of pre-made agreements, intakes, client materials, guides and trainings for you and more.
Mentoring clients/doulas are the first we refer to families we are not able to support due to lack of availability- this is an amazing way to bring in those first few clients!
